The residence of Tau refers to the so-called Half-underground architecture where the floor of the house is one or two meters lower than the ground and part of the house is above the ground level. This type of architecture may be due to the need of windproof. Some buildings that projects over the ground are the balconies. Buildings on the gound are their workrooms.
