ATsou social center of the Tapangu Group in Ali Mountain

Social centers of the Tsou, built by all group members, are different in size. With the thatched roof, it is usually one meter above the ground with no wall. It served as a gathering place for the whole group, but women were not allowed, while unmarried young men would sleep here at night. This was probably issued before 1932, and a stamp marked, “In memory of the mountain-climbing trip of Ali Mountain on September 10 of the 7th Year of Showa.”
