The Thao people of the Risogurafi Group inhabited the southeast side of Lalu Isle in Sun Moon Lake. When the Japanese built a dam by the lake, the group was forced to move to where the Baraw-baw Group now resides. The site depicted by this photo is probably where the Risogurafi Group had resided before they moved.
