The girls in the photo are of the Masitoban Group (called Ruiyanshe today, located in Fahsiang Village of Renai Township in Nantou County) of the Atayal. The outfits they are wearing in the photo are commonly seen among the Atayal in Renai Township area of Nantou County. The previous photo that shows the attire of the Seediq Tribe is apparently different from the attire shown in this photo.
